LoLo’s is a concept that was created over a kitchen island with my mom, Megan, in 2021. We wanted a space to showcase our family recipes, favorite appetizers, and love for good food.

LoLo’s is named after the matriarch of the Hall Family, my grandmother Lois. The powerhouse we call Lowey, raised 6 amazing children in a house constantly filled with laughter. Her and her husband, Jack, cooked endlessly for the growing family and some of our favorite memories took place in their kitchen or over a Thanksgiving meal to serve 40+.

A discussion with friends during a roadtrip in February 2024 made me realize that I couldn’t keep waiting for things to happen and fall into place. We purchased our ‘little’ truck a month later.

Our 26’ Step Van, formerly Grilligans of Waupaca, came home and brought so much color to our lives - literally! We knew that we wanted the outside of the vehicle to be updated, but unfortunately couldn’t find anyone willing to take on this large of a project within our time frame. We knew what had to happen next - so we researched, watched a lot of YouTube, and started painting the truck ourselves! It took us roughly 2 weeks of sanding, priming, and painting to get it where it is today. There were so many laughs along the way, mixed in with a few choice words, but it was the perfect beginning to our dream.

LoLo’s opened its window on July 4th, 2024. We pride ourselves on serving high quality, gourmet sandwiches and other picnic foods. Our location provides the perfect backdrop for all your picnic dreams.

LoLo’s Storefront

Our Storefront, LoLo’s Sturgeon Bay, opened on November 29, 2024. Located in Downtown Sturgeon Bay, our brick & mortar allows us to expand our offerings of grab & go, retail, and catering.

Our storefront allows us to remain open year-round while our truck is tucked away for the winter. We also offer fresh baked pastries, daily. Items vary depending on availability.
